Westby Levick & Co Brass Bladed "Delta" Penknife
Partnership between Joseph Westby and Charles Levick only ran between 1888 and 1894. Operating put of Congo Works Pinfold St/Trippet Lane, Sheffield.
Not sure the purpose of this knife and its unique blade? Sometimes done for anti-corrosion, where it will be used for cutting soft but acidic things. Another use is for knives that won't spark, to reduce fire risk when working near highly inflammable materials, so maybe a miners knife?
