US Spanish-American War Era, Rhode Island Mills Belt Buckle 1881 datedRegulation "H" Buckle. For the ammunition belt, a brass rectangular buckle, slightly curve to fit the waist. It has a large "R I" in an oval in the center of the buckle.Original era manufacture. A very fine example of the pattern 1881 stamped brass cartridge belt buckle worn by troops around the time of the Spanish-American War.
