In the 1939 he was an 18 year old studying engineering at Cambridge University gaining a BA
Joined the Civil Defence serving for the London Auxilliry Ambulance Service in 1940
Joined the Army in 1940 serving in the ranks until he recieved an emergency commission to 2nd Lieutenant
Serving in the Royal Horse Artilery he won

Worked in the film industry after the war and moved to south africa
MBE presented in Rhodesia 1963
Died 13th March 1986
