VINTAGE CAR TYRE SPREADER / PUNCTURE REPAIR TOOLStamped made in England and a very nice old pair of tyre spreader clamps, as used in the good old days to splay the tyre walls whilst repairing a puncture, a lot harder on cross plys than radials. These will spread the tyre walls to approx 7 1/2" and locks in that position.
